The following statement regarding interviews was agreed by the Council’s Strategic Task Third Sector Commissioning Group:
About the Interviews:
Adult and Children Services: The top scoring funding proposals for each of the commissioning priorities may be asked to attend an interview as part of the assessment process. It is likely that interviews will take place in the second week of October and specific interview dates will be advised during the second week of September.
Legal Advice Services: The top scoring consortium applications will be asked to attend an interview as part of the assessment process. Interviews will take place on 19th October 2010, and will take up to one hour and fifteen minutes, due to the complexity of the proposed service and the size of the funding award.
All other funding streamswill only apply an interview process as a means to mark proposals where scores are equal or close, to assist the ranking process or where the interview process is seen to be the most effective way to clarify information within the Funding Application.
The Interview Panels will consist of a minimum of 3 people and may include a note-taker. The interview will be kept as informal as possible and no new subject matter will be introduced. In most cases, the interviews will take between 30-45 minutes and there will be no more than 8 interview questions being asked.
