Meet the Team - Pauline O’Hare

METRO GAVS team is as diverse and vibrant as the sector in Greenwich. Coming from very different backgrounds, METRO GAVS staff are working together to provide services that support the delivery and development of all voluntary, community and faith organisations and to support and develop the voice of the sector.

Pauline O’Hare

Pauline O’Hare has worked in the voluntary sector for 16 years, including 9 years as a Manager of a local charity, Director of a regional charity and as a Volunteer Co-ordinator for a national charity. Pauline now manages the METRO GAVS team as well as the METRO GAD. She also with support from Sahil  works with groups who support adults and older people in the areas of health and wellbeing, gender, sexuality, housing and advice. Pauline represents the voluntary sector on a number of local partnerships including the Greenwich Safeguarding Adults Board and Improving Mental Wellbeing Co-ordinating group. . She is author of a Third Sector Income Generation Guide for three London Boroughs and METRO GAVS Guide for sector Representatives on multi-agency partnerships.
