Balbir Singh Bains has worked in Greenwich Education Service for more than 30 years. As a teacher he has gained experience in working with social services, youth service, policies and housing.
He is a member of various community organisations like Blackheath Asian Forum and Neighbourhood Watch Coordinator. Balbir Singh is now retired and as GAVS trustee representing minority communities.
