This is an intensive 4 day course over 4 weeks:

This course is for anyone working with clients experiencing legal problems, to give practical ‘first aid’ advice before referring clients to expert services.
Contents include:
Key principles and duties for advisers, carrying out effective interviews, helping clients make informed decisions and take action, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and making referrals.
