GAVS appalled by brutal murder in Woolwich

GAVS was appalled by the brutal murder of a serving soldier carried out in Woolwich yesterday, 22nd May.  We condemn responses to the event that seek to justify violence or intimidation towards any members of the local community.
GAVS will continue to act to support voluntary, community and faith organisations that work with all members of our community.  GAVS welcomes your views on how we can work together to support vulnerable and disadvantaged communities from all racial, ethnic and religious backgrounds, to improve their quality of life.  Please e-mail Naomi Goldberg, GAVS Chief Executive, or call us on 020 8858 1363.
