This free one day workshop is for Community and Voluntary Sector (and social enterprise) organisations working with children, young people and families in Greenwich.

The Training will cover:

1. Commissioning; including an overview of the current landscape for commissioning of children’s services and an assessment of whether or not your organisation is ready to bid for contracts.
2. Developing an effective business planning process for the future.
3. An overview of whether joining a consortium for contracts is the way forward.

Tea and coffee will be provided but you will need to bring your own lunch.
