What are the outcomes for your service and how well are you measuring them? This introductory day will explore how you can measure what your organisation is achieving and how this compares with funders want in this difficult financial climate. The course will look at the jargon used, different ways of measuring services. By the end of the day you should be able to develop an action plan so that you are collecting the right information to measure your successes.
